Marwan Sleiman

Marwan SLEIMAN is an experienced medical professional with a strong background in rare diseases and multiple sclerosis. As the Global Medical Director for Rare Disease at Ipsen from November 2020 to December 2022, Marwan SLEIMAN led the global launch of elafibranor (IQIRVO) in primary biliary cholangitis and oversaw the strategic direction of medical education and engagement plans. Prior to this role, Marwan SLEIMAN worked at Actelion (now Janssen Pulmonary Hypertension) managing clinical studies in multiple sclerosis and held several positions at Janssen EMEA, including co-lead for Medical Affairs Excellence. Additionally, Marwan SLEIMAN served as a Medical Science Liaison at Bayer and an Associate Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners, focusing on pricing and medical strategy. Educational qualifications include a Specialized Masters in Biopharmaceutical Management from ESCP Business School and a course in Multi-Channel Patient Engagement from CELforPharma.
