Matt Mezer

Matt Mezer currently serves as Associate Director of Oncology Operations at Ipsen, where responsibilities include supporting the Oncology Business Unit and optimizing internal and external operations. Prior to this role, Matt worked at Johnson & Johnson from November 2021 to March 2024 as a National Account Director, focusing on pharmacy channel management and collaborating with account directors on contract strategy. From January 2020 to November 2021, Matt was a Senior Oncology Representative for Janssen Biotech, specializing in hematological malignancies. Earlier roles include participation in the Military Veterans Leadership Development Program at Johnson & Johnson and serving as a U.S. Army Officer from May 2013 to July 2018. In addition, Matt completed a Corporate Fellowship at Bristol-Myers Squibb, leading cost improvement projects. Matt holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
