Pauline Watrice

Pauline Watrice is a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Ipsen since May 2022, serving as the Deputy Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR strategies for approximately 2,300 employees across 38 countries and managing global HR for value and access teams and Strategic Business Excellence. Prior to Ipsen, Pauline worked at Bristol Myers Squibb from April 2011 to October 2022, holding the position of Learning and Development Manager, where alignment of the L&D strategy with business needs and budget management were key responsibilities, as well as roles as HR & Finance Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the European Senior Vice President. Pauline holds an MBA in International Human Resources Management from SUP des RH, a Master’s degree in Human Resources from IGS-RH, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.
