Serena Dempsey

Serena Dempsey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operational leadership within the global talent function. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Operations at Ipsen since December 2016, Serena oversees global talent team initiatives and operational activities. Previous roles at Ipsen include Global Learning & Development Program Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner, where comprehensive leadership programs and recruitment strategies were successfully implemented. In addition to current responsibilities on the TALiNT Global Advisory Board, Serena has a background in web management and design from Anna Dempsey Designs Ltd., along with experience in human resources and student leadership roles. Serena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Southampton.
