Ishaq Namajee

Ishaq Namajee has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and headhunting. In 2021, they took on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition for Wintermute Trading, one of the largest algorithmic trading firms for digital assets globally. Ishaq is also currently Vice President at Bruin. Prior to that, they were a Senior Headhunter at Investigo from 2017 to 2021 and at Leadenhall Search & Selection from 2017 to 2021. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Senior Managing Consultant at JCW.

Ishaq Namajee attended Valentines High School from 2003 to 2008, followed by Ilford County High Grammar School from 2008 to 2010. Ishaq then obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Computer Science from King's College London between 2010 and 2014. In 2013 and 2014, they also completed a Coursera course in Machine Learning from Stanford University.
