Siti Shahdan

Siti Shahdan, GRP, CCP, is the Head of Compensation & Benefits for APAC & China at Ipsen since September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Global HR Total Rewards at Advanced MedTech for a brief period in 2022, and a substantial tenure at Bio-Rad Laboratories from October 2010 to May 2022, where Siti progressed from APAC HR Compensation & Benefits Analyst to Global HR Compensation & Benefits Business Partner. Earlier roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Novartis, Human Resources Associate at Subsea 7, and various HR positions at A*STAR, Furama Hotels International, and UMC ServiceMaster. Siti holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management & Business Management from Murdoch University and is currently pursuing a Master of Analytics & Visualization at Singapore University of Social Sciences.
