Yuval Gilis

Yuval Gilis is the Senior Director of M&A & Corporate Finance at Ipsen, where they oversee key financial operations. Previously, Yuval held various director-level positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals, focusing on strategy and financial analytics, and served as a Senior Associate in the Valuations Team at Fahn Kanne & Co. Grant Thornton Israel. Yuval also gained experience as an Associate at PwC Israel and as a Teaching Assistant in Corporate Finance & Valuation at the College of Management Academic Studies. They earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Tel Aviv University, following advanced studies in Accounting.
