Andrea McPheron

Andrea McPheron is an experienced professional in training and data collection, currently serving as the Global Training Lead and Global Head of Workbench and Dimensions Training at Ipsos since January 2012. In this role, Andrea coordinates the training of IBM Data Collection Applications and Proprietary Applications on a global scale. Prior to Ipsos, Andrea held multiple positions at Synovate from October 1996 to January 2012, including Workbench Training Director and Scripting Support Specialist, with a focus on training users and improving data consistency. Additionally, Andrea has experience in coordinating IVR systems and managing sampling teams. Early in the career, Andrea was a Math Teacher at Tri-Creek School Corporation from August 1995 to August 1996, instructing high school students in various math subjects. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math/Math Education from Indiana State University.
