Felix Tse

Felix Tse is a Senior Manager in Customer Experience at Ipsos since January 2023, with a strong background in market research and project management. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Client Service for Global Key Accounts at Toluna Corporate and leading the SEA region at Research Now, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex custom market research projects and exceeding client expectations. Felix has demonstrated excellence in building professional relationships, managing concurrent quantitative projects, and mentoring peers, alongside earlier roles as a Project Manager at Cint AB and a Research Assistant at the University of Ottawa. Felix holds an Honours Bachelor of Specialization in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Ottawa.
