Helen Bywater-Smith

Global Head Of CX Advisory

Helen Bywater-Smith serves as the Global Head of CX Advisory at Ipsos since August 2018, where leadership focuses on enhancing customer experience (CX) design and delivery across various sectors. Previously, Helen held positions such as Global Head of CX Service Design and Head of CX Qualitative at Ipsos. In addition to current responsibilities, Helen contributes to academia as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Warwick. Past experience includes roles as Director of CX Qualitative at Ipsos MORI, Insight Manager at Shell, and Associate Director at Synovate, among others, with a foundation in research management and recruitment consultancy. Helen holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Lincoln, obtained in 2002.
