Jean-Christophe Salles is an experienced executive in the marketing and customer experience sectors, currently serving as CEO of Latin America at Ipsos since October 2018, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer Latin America at the same company. Prior to Ipsos, Jean-Christophe Salles worked at GfK from January 1997 to October 2018, where roles included Global General Manager of Customer Experience and CEO of Latin America. Jean-Christophe Salles began their career as an Enseignant Chercheur at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) from September 1994 to June 1997. Academic credentials include a Doctorat in Marketing from HEC Paris and a PhD in collaboration with HEC from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), along with an MBA in Marketing from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
