Sally Kamsa

Sally Kamsa is a seasoned HR Business Partner and Change Management Specialist with over 15 years of experience in driving strategic business priorities and enhancing employee engagement. Currently, as a Senior HRBP at Ipsos, Sally leads the Kenya People Agenda and implements talent strategies to ensure organizational effectiveness. Previously, Sally held significant roles at Kenya Airways, KCB Bank Group, and Equity Bank, where they contributed to various HR initiatives, including performance management and employee relations. Sally earned an MSc in HR from Oxford Brookes University and a BS in International Business Management from Staffordshire University.
