Arron Samson

Arron Samson has a diverse work experience in the housing management sector. From 2008 to 2021, they worked at Greenfields Community Housing, starting as a Neighbourhood Coordinator and later becoming a Neighbourhood Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for service delivery, line management, setting and monitoring performance targets, budgeting, community engagement, and partnership building. Since 2021, they have been employed as a Senior Housing Manager at Eastlight Community Homes, overseeing housing management team objectives and performance. Starting in 2023, they will join Ipswich Borough Council as the Head of Tenancy Services.

Arron Samson received their Bachelor's degree in Social Policy & Sociology from Anglia Ruskin University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their A Level studies in Communications & Sociology at Colchester Institute from 2000 to 2002.
