Mark Whiting

Mark Whiting is an experienced professional in the arts and operations management sector, currently serving as the Head of Vibrant Town Services at Ipswich Borough Council since February 2012. Mark has held various roles within the council, including Operations Manager for Commercial Development, Acting Operations Manager, and Events Programme Manager, along with a background as Assistant Operations Manager for key venues. Prior to their current role, Mark managed the Warwick Arts Centre as House Manager and was Operations Manager at Ambassador Theatre Group. Mark's early career included positions at Ipswich Borough Council's Regent Theatre and Corn Exchange, as well as Gainsborough Sports Centre.
