Prior to this role, Lynette held various positions at Norwich City Football Club from February 2011 to March 2022, including Head of Executive Office, Commercial Youth Development Manager—focused on recruiting the next generation of fans—as well as the Commercial Events & Administration Manager, excelling in advertising, sponsorship, corporate hospitality, event management, and matchday experiences.
