Tom Rumsey

Tom Rumsey has extensive experience in football development and coaching, currently serving as a Local Recruitment Officer and Foundation Phase Academy Scout at Ipswich Town FC since May 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at Ipswich Town Foundation as a Football Development Officer and at Norwich City Football Club, where responsibilities included being a Centre Of Excellence Coach and Foundation Phase Academy Scout. Additionally, Tom worked within the Norwich City FC Regional Development Programme as a Football Development Coordinator and Football Coach. Earlier experience includes coaching roles at Ipswich Town Foundation and Colchester United Football Club.
