Bill Hayes, CPA, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they serve as the Vice President, Controller at IPSY, overseeing accounting and financial reporting areas. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, they held the position of Vice President of Finance & Treasury, Corporate Controller at Orangetheory Fitness, where they led various teams including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Shared Services.

Before joining Orangetheory Fitness, they held senior positions at AVM, LP as an Assistant Controller, Chemoil Corporation as a Corporate Controller, Metropolitan Healthcare as a Senior Accountant, and Summit Brokerage Services as a Controller.

Bill Hayes also had experience as a Senior Accountant at Tridien Medical, Accounting Supervisor at Destination Rewards, and Staff Accountant at Lydian Data Services.

Additionally, they have contributed to the community by serving as the Treasurer and a Board Member at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami.

Bill Hayes, CPA, MBA has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Bill further pursued their education in the field of Accounting and obtained an MBA degree from the same university. In addition, they have earned certifications such as Series 27 and Series 99 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Bill is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Florida Board of Accountancy.
