Catherine Faett

Catherine Faett has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Catherine is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at IPSY. Prior to that, they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Boxy Charm from 2020 to 2022. Catherine also worked as a Human Resources Manager and Recruiter at Travelzoo from 2016 to 2020. Catherine was previously a Corporate Recruiter at Structure Tone and a Recruiter at The Forum Group. Catherine began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek.

Catherine Faett completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management from New York University in the years 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, with a focus on Spanish Language, from the University of Maryland. Additionally, Catherine has also studied Spanish at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and Speech Communication and Rhetoric at UNSW.
