Letitia Wells has extensive experience in brand partnerships and buying roles. Letitia worked at IPSY from 2014, starting as a Brand Partnerships and eventually becoming the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships. Prior to IPSY, Letitia worked at YouBeauty.com as the Director of Buying BeautySage.com. Letitia also had buying roles at Polo Ralph Lauren, H&M, and World Duty Free (Autogrill Retail UK). Letitia began their career at David Jones, where they worked as an Assistant Buyer and then as a Junior Buyer.

Letitia Wells participated in the Merchandise Trainee Program at David Jones Ltd. Letitia then pursued studies in Business and Marketing at the Sydney Institute of Technology.
