Thyra Vargas has extensive experience in content management and customer service, currently serving as a Content Manager and previously holding positions as a Customer Care Quality Assurance Team Lead and Customer Care Representative at IPSY since April 2014. Prior to this, Thyra worked at Starbucks from May 2006 to April 2014, where the role of Lead was undertaken. Thyra holds a Bachelor's of Science in Journalism from San Jose State University, obtained between 2011 and 2013, and an Associate of Arts in University Studies from Evergreen Valley College.
