Maya Ramadan Abboud serves as the Training and Recruitment Manager at IPT PowerTech Group since August 2019, bringing extensive experience in human resources across several organizations. Previous roles include Senior HR at a confidential company, Senior HR Specialist at FAWAZ HOLDING, and Assistant Recruitment Manager at Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons. Maya has a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR development, having implemented recruitment processes and HR policies at Al Manara International Jewellery and managed comprehensive HR functions at Micco. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
