Prior to this role, Solomon held the position of Regional Manager at i engineering Group, focusing on the design and implementation of upgrades and evaluating operational efficiency. Solomon began the professional career as an Engineer at iengineering Nigeria Limited. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering, both obtained from the Federal University of Technology Akure.
