Gustavo de Faveri

Gustavo De Faveri is an experienced project leader and manager in the automotive industry, currently working at IPTE since February 2022, overseeing special line projects for electric vehicles with an average management budget of 7 million euros. Previously, Gustavo held the position of Senior Test Development Engineer and Project Manager at Continental Automotive from January 2006 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing, designing, implementing, and improving automotive test lines across multiple plants in Brazil and Spain. Gustavo began their career as a Trainee Application Engineer at Smar in 2005. Gustavo holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá.
