Annika Bogren has a extensive work experience in customer service and support roles. Annika started their career as a Konsult Chef at Iptor in 1999 and held this position until 2006. Annika then moved on to become the Support Lead Nordic at Iptor from 2010 to 2011. From 2007 to 2016, they served as the Support Lead Sweden and later as the Support Director at Iptor. In 2018, Annika became the VP of Customer Support at Iptor, and in 2020, they took on the role of VP Customer Service Iptor. Additionally, they have worked as a Support Director at IBS Enterprise Sweden AB since 2011.

Annika Bogren completed their undergraduate education in Economics at the University of Gothenburg from 1981 to 1984, earning a degree known as Fil Kand.
