Ewelina Huzarska

Ewelina Huzarska, MBA has a varied and extensive work experience in various financial and managerial roles. Ewelina is currently working in Iptor as the Head of Financial Planning & Analyses since June 2022. Prior to this, from February 2021 to January 2022, they worked at BNY Mellon as the Lead Manager, overseeing multiple small teams of Accountants and managing relationships with clients.

Before BNY Mellon, Ewelina held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Infosys from June 2020 to January 2021. Ewelina also worked at Merck Life Science as the Controlling Manager- Life Science, where they were responsible for the quarterly preview and forecasting process and developed planning tools and procedures for global controllers.

From 2016 to 2019, Ewelina worked at Merck Group as the Management Accounting-Controlling Services Team Manager, managing a global team and handling tasks such as maintenance posting processes, profitability analysis, and planning/budgeting support.

Prior to Merck Group, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Senior Statutory Accountant from October 2015 to September 2016.

Ewelina also has experience working at XL Catlin as the Expense Reporting Accountant and later as the Accounts Payable Supervisor, as well as at Catlin as a Finance Team Leader.

Their earliest work experience was at IBM as the Service Delivery Manager- IMT Italy from July 2012 to April 2013, and at HP as the AP Team Leader from August 2010 to June 2012. Overall, Ewelina Huzarska has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, management, and team leadership throughout their career.

Ewelina Huzarska, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same university between 2005 and 2010. In 2008-2009, they also participated in an erasmus exchange program at Università degli Studi di Padova, where they studied Political Sciences. Additionally, they hold certifications in Excel Advanced, IFRS, and VBA from institutions such as Excellent and BPP.
