Søren Merit

Søren Merit has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Søren is currently the CEO and Managing Partner at IPU, where they lead the development of autonomous systems and eco-design solutions. Søren is also a member of the Advisory Board at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, focusing on Collaborative Autonomous Systems. Søren has served as a member of the Digital Robot Taskforce at DI - Dansk Industri from 2020 to 2023. In their previous roles, they were a Partner at Deloitte Danmark, specializing in life sciences consulting and implementing RPA and AI in the pharma industry. Søren worked as an Executive Partner at NNE, heading the Operations Management competence area in Global Pharma Consulting. Søren also has experience as a Management Consultant at Valcon Innovation A/S and as the Owner of MeritPlus+. Søren has served on the boards of EyeD and Biomega. In addition, they have held the position of Director at the Danish Design Centre and was a Managing Consultant at PA Consulting Group.

Søren Merit holds a M.Sc. in Production Management and Industrial Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Søren also completed the Leading Professional Services Firms program at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Søren earned a B.Com in International Management and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School. Additionally, they underwent the Authentic Leadership Development program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
