Asha Mungaldave is an accomplished Human Capital Executive currently leading talent management strategies at iqbusiness South Africa since October 2020. With extensive experience in leadership development, Asha previously held various roles at Barloworld Equipment from May 2005 to October 2020, including Manager Leadership Development and Learning Manager: Leadership. Asha's expertise encompasses designing and deploying leadership development strategies, managing learning budgets, stakeholder engagement, and building leadership capabilities across organizational levels. Asha is also experienced in coaching, mentoring, and project management, with a strong focus on compliance, continuous improvement, and maximizing skills development contributions.
