Brad Demos

Brad Demos is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and management across the financial services and digital innovation sectors. Currently serving as the Portfolio Design Lead and Head of Financial Wellness at Old Mutual South Africa, Brad focuses on developing intuitive product experiences through collaboration with cross-functional teams. At IQbusiness South Africa, Brad leads a large team of designers and has successfully nurtured key accounts, while previously holding various senior roles at Nedbank, including Team Lead for a multi-disciplinary design team. With a background that includes managing digital services for investment firms and an academic foundation in Multimedia Design from the University of Johannesburg, Brad has built a strong portfolio of innovative projects and has been recognized with multiple award nominations throughout a dynamic career.
