Simone Schneider

Simone Schneider possesses extensive experience in management consulting, specializing in process design, automation, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant and Competence Lead at IQbusiness South Africa since October 2010, Simone's expertise includes leading IFRS9 and IFRS17 processes and process automation (RPA). Previous roles include Senior Principal Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed business requirement gathering, process analysis, internal team management, training, and process control monitoring. Prior to IQbusiness, Simone held the position of Team Leader at Investec, overseeing a team in the Middle Office area of the UK Banking division, with a focus on streamlining processes and managing business KPIs. Simone began their career as a Junior Underwriter at Stalker Hutchison and Associates and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of South Africa.
