Ad de Beer

Ad de Beer has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as Interim Lead Compliance Risk Governance at ZEDRA Group since February 2024. Previously, Ad de Beer held positions at IQ-EQ as Counsel and Group General Counsel, as well as Counsel at Van Lanschot. Ad de Beer was the Legal and Compliance Lead at Athos Group and held a significant role at VISTRA as Group Legal and Compliance Lead and Secretary to the Board. An earlier career includes serving as Global Lead Compliance in Private Banking at ABN AMRO MeesPierson and leading compliance and legal teams at MeesPierson. Ad de Beer's foundational legal experience began as an Attorney at Law at Stibbe. Ad de Beer holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Netherlands Law from Utrecht University.
