Annie Kong

Annie Kong is the managing director at IQ-EQ. Annie was previously a partner and head of venture capital at Greyline Partners, LLC from April 2016 to April 2022. IQ-EQ acquired Greyline in November 2021. Prior to that, they were at Bivium Capital Partners, LLC from October 2014 to March 2016 as legal/compliance. Before that, they were at Venmo from June 2013 to August 2013 in a similar role.

Annie Kong's educational career began at Lodi High School. Annie then attended UC San Diego, where they earned a B.A. in Economics with minors in Communication, Law & Society. After graduation, they attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a concentration in Business and Corporate Law. Finally, they obtained certification from the State Bar of California in Business and Corporate Law.

Annie Kong reports to Mark Pesco, Group CEO. They are on a team with Rajindar Singh - Director, Client Services, Constantinos Meivatzis - MD, Cyprus, and Kathy Malone - Senior MD, Head, Broker Dealer Compliance.
