Elise Gray

Elise Gray, CPA, currently serves as the Head of CFO Support Services for the U.S. and Co-Head of Accounting and CFO Support Services for the Americas at IQ-EQ since May 2022. Prior experience includes Senior Managing Director roles at Constellation, part of IQ-EQ, from July 2018 to April 2022, and earlier positions at Fortress Investment Group as Senior Fund Accountant. Elise has a strong background in financial services, having worked as Financial Services Audit Supervisor at Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP and gained foundational experience as a bookkeeper and tax intern in previous roles. Academic qualifications include a B.B.A in Accounting and Management from The University of Georgia and a Certificate in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
