John Dunn is the Regional COO for UK, Ireland & Crown Dependencies at IQ-EQ. John has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in service management, transformation, and digital workspace.

John started their career as a Service Desk Manager at Prudential Assurance in 2005. John quickly rose through the ranks and became the Head of Service Management at PGDS in 2008. During their time at PGDS, John was responsible for leading the company's transformation programs, including the implementation of a new digital workspace and target operating model.

In 2016, John left PGDS to join PGDS (UK ONE) LIMITED as the Director of End User Services & Service Integration. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's end-user services and service integration.

In December 2018, John joined M&G Prudential as the Head of Transformation Enterprise Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's transformation programs, including the digital workspace, merger enablement, cost transformation, and target operating model.

John is a highly experienced IT professional with a proven track record of leading complex change programs at pace. John is a strong communicator with the ability to engage and involve key stakeholders across the business.

John Dunn attended Upbury Manor School and later studied at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where they specialized in Organizational Leadership.
