Ryan Midgley

Ryan Midgley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health care management and coaching. Currently serving as the General Manager of Calvary Retirement Communities SA since August 2019, Ryan oversees seven residential aged care facilities in South Australia, managing 530 beds and 850 staff. In addition to this role, Ryan operates as a Life Coach with YB12, founded the Mawson Trail Epic charity ride to combat violence against women, and leads Ryan Midgley Performance Coaching, specializing in personal and business transformation. As an Ambassador for White Ribbon Australia, Ryan promotes awareness against domestic violence. Past experience includes site operations management at Eldercare Inc and a business partnership in educational support for medical professionals.
