Matt Okolita

Matt Okolita is the Regional CEO, Americas at IQ-EQ. Matt has over fifteen years of experience in compliance, operations, and legal roles in the financial services industry.

Previously, Matt was the Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Manager at Highland Capital Management, L.P. from June 2008 to October 2012. Matt then became the Managing Partner at Greyline from April 2016 to April 2022. For two and a half years, from September 2013 to April 2016, Matt was the Managing Director of Regulatory Compliance at Duff & Phelps. There they were responsible for all operations and business development for a start-up alternative mutual fund complex. In October 2012, they transitioned to Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Mutual Fund Complex Manager at NewStar Financial Inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of the company's compliance program. Prior to that role, Matt worked as Compliance Officer at Commonwealth Financial Network from March 2004 to August 2006.

Matt has a deep understanding of the financial services industry and extensive experience in compliance management. Matt is a trusted advisor to clients and takes a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

Matt Okolita attended Bucknell University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Political Science. Matt then attended Suffolk University Law School and earned their J.D. in Business Law and Financial Services.
