Rachel has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including roles at Bovill Limited, FBR Capital Markets, Dresdner Kleinwort, AT Kearney, and Arthur Andersen. Rachel has a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance, operational management, and consulting. Rachel is a highly respected figure in the financial services industry, and their experience will be invaluable in their current role at IQ-EQ.

Rachel Aldridge has a Masters in Finance from the London Business School, an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, and a certification in Leading Professional Services Businesses from Harvard Business School.
