Asha M S has worked as a Senior Program Manager at IQ Hired since February 2018. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions from July 2013 to May 2015. Asha also worked as a Programmer Analyst Trainee at Cognizant Technology Solutions from November 2009 to June 2013.

Asha M S completed their secondary education at Vidyaniketan Public School (CBSE) from 1995 to 2003. Asha then attended Sri Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain College from 2003 to 2005, where they studied Computer Science. From 2005 to 2009, they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science at JSS Academy of Technical Education, affiliated with VTU.
