Alex Sharpe

Alex Sharpe has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, having worked in various roles since 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they were an Associate at Secure Capital. In 2009, they became a Founding Partner at SPIRE Commercial Realty Inc. In 2010, they became the CEO and President of Spire Capital Investments Inc. In 2012, they co-founded iQ Offices and in 2014 they co-founded Lanescape.ca. In 2021, they assumed the role of President and Managing Partner at Black Bear Ridge Golf Course.

Alex Sharpe attended the University of Guelph from 2002 to 2006, during which time they earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate & Housing.
