Kane Willmott

Kane Willmott has been working in the real estate industry since 1997. Kane began their career as an Accountant at Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1997. In 1998, they became a Partner & Sales Representative at Ashlar Urban Realty Inc. In 2003, they held the position of Broker and President of Secure Capital Realty Inc., providing commercial property acquisition and disposition services to valued clients. From 2009 to 2012, they were the President & Broker of Record at Spire Commercial Realty Inc. In 2016, they held the position of President of the Global Workspace Association (GWA) for a two-year term. Kane is also a Member Board Of Directors of the GWA, which is an association committed to the advancement of the coworking/flex industry. Kane is currently the CEO & Co-Founder at iQ Offices.

Kane Willmott has a diverse educational background. Kane started their post-secondary education at George Brown College, where they obtained a Diploma in Property Management from 1991 to 1993. Kane then moved on to Wilfrid Laurier University to pursue a Degree in Economics from 1993 to 1996. Finally, they returned to Wilfrid Laurier University to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Accounting & Finance from 1996 to 1997.
