Jos Ruiter is an experienced professional in the staffing and recruitment industry, currently serving as the Director and Founder of IQ Staffing B.V. since November 2020, where the focus is on efficiently matching IT professionals with employment opportunities. Prior to this role, Jos held various positions at Levy Associates Netherlands, including Senior Account Manager/Business Developer and Account Manager/Business Developer from 2011 to 2020. Earlier experience includes working as an Advisor in Retail Banking at ABN AMRO from 2008 to 2011, where responsibilities involved acquiring savings accounts and advising clients on trading products. Jos began a career as a Trainee at Fortnum & Mason in London in 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Event Management from Hogeschool TIO and an HND in International Business Studies from Deltion.
