Ryan Gill

Ryan Gill is a seasoned professional in facilities management with extensive experience in the student accommodation sector. Currently serving as a Regional Facilities Manager at iQ Student Accommodation since September 2022, Ryan has previously held various roles, including Facilities Manager, Estates Supervisor, Estates Team Lead, and Maintenance Electrician at Unite Students from September 2018 to September 2022. Ryan's career began with the NHS, where responsibilities included Electrical Supervisor and Maintenance Electrician from September 2008 to September 2018. Ryan completed an Advanced Apprenticeship as an electrician and holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Thomas Rotherham College.
