Chris Allwein

Chris Allwein is an experienced Systems Architect at IQ Inc. since June 2017, responsible for software design, budgeting, resource management, and project documentation. Previously, Chris served as a Software Engineer and Founder at Downright Simple, collaborating with startups on mobile development and strategy. Chris also held positions as Senior Software Engineer at UPMC Technology Development Center, leading a team for the Convergence Clinical Dashboard, and Senior Developer at Giant Eagle, where Chris built an iPhone application for convenience stores. Further experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at Anexinet and Ajilon, focused on property tax management and childcare information systems, respectively. Chris began a career in software development in various consulting and development roles, including lead developer at Computer Aid International. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
