Kerstin Herget is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and support management across various industries. Currently serving as Global Customer & Sales Service Manager and Key Account Manager MENA at IQAir since March 2023, Kerstin previously held multiple leadership roles at Vorwerk Group, including Global Head Customer & Advisor Care, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing support for Thermomix and Kobold products across numerous countries, as well as establishing a global Customer Care community.
