Ajay Surtani

Ajay Surtani has a strong background in pricing and contract management. At Iqarus, they served as the Director of Pricing & Contracts, where they developed and executed pricing strategies, successfully negotiated complex contracts, and ensured alignment with company goals. Prior to that, at Olive Group (A Constellis Company), they held the position of Commercial Director, leading the commercial team in securing high-value contracts and implementing pricing strategies for increased profitability. Previously, at Olive Group FZ-LLC, Ajay worked as a Pricing Manager, responsible for pricing bids related to security, logistics, and asset tracking in high-threat environments. Ajay also served as a Pricing Analyst, preparing pricing for client Request for Proposals and conducting cost research analysis.

Ajay Surtani began their education at Indian High School, where they pursued a major in Mathematics and Accounting from 1990 to 2002. After completing their high school education, they went on to attend the American University in Dubai from 2002 to 2005. There, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Finance, General.

In addition to their formal education, Ajay has also obtained two additional certifications. In May 2014, they received a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification from REVIVE ASSOCIATES LIMITED. Most recently, in May 2020, they completed a course on Excel: Macros and VBA for Beginners offered by LinkedIn.
