Ged Healy

Ged Healy has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles related to medical training, remote area medical services, and military medical support. Ged served in the HM Forces UK M.O.D for 14 years, providing medical support to military units. In 2003, they co-founded Exmed UK Ltd, a niche remote area medical services company, and served as its Managing Director until 2016 when the company was acquired by Iqarus Holdings. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Executive Director of Operations at Iqarus, overseeing Medical Supplies, Training, Occupational Health, and Environmental Health Management teams. Ged conceptualized innovative design solutions in training and development globally and led a team of medical professionals to deliver high-end pre-hospital medical courses. In addition, they designed and directed the virtual instructor-led training process for a major health service in the Middle East. Currently, Ged Healy is working as the Global Head of Training and Development at Iqarus International Ltd.

Ged Healy holds a Diploma in Medical Pre Hospital Care from the Royal College Surgeons Edinburgh. The specific start and end year of this education are not provided.
