Katerina Vesela

Katerina Vesela has extensive work experience in the nursing field. Their most recent role was as an Intensive Care Nurse at Iqarus, where they began in April 2022. Prior to that, they also worked as a Charge Nurse at Iqarus from October 2021 to January 2022. From 2020 to 2021, they served as an International Cardiac Surgery ICU Nurse/Supervisor at EMERGENCY ONG Onlus. Katerina also worked at the Institut klinické a experimentální medicíny as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse from 2019 to 2020, specializing in patients with acute cardiac failure and multiple organ failure. From 2012 to 2019, they worked as a Burn ICU Nurse at the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNG-HA), primarily treating patients with large burns and burn shock. Katerina Vesela's earlier experience includes roles as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse at the Centre for Cardiovascular and Transplantation Surgery and a Trauma Intensive Care Nurse at the Faculty Hospital Brno, where they treated patients post-transplantation and those with multiple organ failure and trauma injuries. Katerina Vesela has a high school diploma in nursing from Nursing College Brno. Katerina then pursued further education and obtained a postgraduate degree in Nursing Care in Anesthesiology, Resuscitation, and Intensive Care from the National Centre of Nursing. After that, Katerina Vesela completed their bachelor's degree in Nursing from Masaryk University Brno.
