Laci Rowland is a Pre Construction Coordinator at Mill Plain Electric since September 2023, previously holding various roles at iQ Credit Union from March 2009. In the credit union, Laci served as Assistant Lending Contact Center Manager, overseeing a team of 18 and focusing on member satisfaction, as well as Branch Manager, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a positive banking experience for members. Additional experience includes working as a Loan Officer, processing accounts and fostering relationships. Prior, Laci was a Project Manager at GB Manchester, handling critical communications for school districts and managing contracts. Laci holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness from Eastern Oregon University and a high school diploma from Battle Ground High School.
