Nancy Steffens

Nancy (Hanlon) Steffens is currently the Operations Manager for North America at IQGeo, having held the role of Director of PMO at INVIDI Technologies, where they developed a new project management department and coordinated large-scale deployments. Previously, Nancy served as a Customer Release Manager and Program Manager at INVIDI, focusing on project tracking, risk management, and customer communications. Their earlier experience includes leadership roles in customer support at OpenTV and LeashLocket, where they optimized processes and managed technical support teams. Nancy holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Cazenovia College and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the State University of New York College at Fredonia.
