Brooke Riedman

Brooke Riedman is an accomplished professional in the real estate industry with extensive experience in leasing and transaction management. Currently serving as the Director of Leasing and Transaction Coordinator at IQHQ REIT since October 2019, Brooke has played a pivotal role in shaping leasing strategies. Prior to this position, Brooke enjoyed a successful nine-year tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, where roles included Senior Transaction Manager for Tenant Representation, Associate for Landlord Representation, and various other positions in brokerage and property management. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, graduated in 2010.
