David Kreitzer

David Kreitzer has worked in various roles in the investment banking and real estate industries. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at BioMed Realty Trust, where they served as an Analyst and later as an Associate in leasing and development. David was responsible for negotiating lease transactions, sourcing acquisitions, and managing development projects. In 2015, they worked as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Eastdil Secured. From 2016 to 2019, they continued working in investment banking, first as an Investment Banking Associate and later as a Vice President at Eastdil Secured - Wells Fargo Securities. In 2019, they joined Wells Fargo Securities as a Vice President in Investment Banking. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Investments at IQHQ REIT, starting in April 2020. David holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, completed in 2016.

David Kreitzer completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, General from the UCLA Anderson School of Management between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance, from San Diego State University from 2006 to 2010.
